The Water’s Edge

The Water’s Edge is a short drama about a woman who must decide if she wants to see her ailing mother for one last time, despite fears it could change her perception of their relationship. The film premiered on the Opening Night of the Hobnobben Film Festival in the director’s hometown of Fort Wayne.

The original screenplay was drafted in early November 2020. The film was shot in two days in September in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Water’s Edge marks Victoria Britton’s first narrative work and directorial debut.
